• Chicken ¾ kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • Mint 3 tbsp
  • Onions (thinly sliced) 3
  • Tomatoes (thinly sliced) 4
  • Tomatoes (round sliced) 2
  • Coriander (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Potatoes 250 gms
  • Rice ¾ kg
  • Oil 250gms
  • Yoghurt 250 gms
  • Lemon slice 1
  • Mogul Bombay Biryani Masala 1 packet
  • Food color – as needed


  • Fry onions in pan till they are light brown. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry.
  • Now add round sliced tomatoes and cook. Add chopped tomatoes, chicken, potatoes and Mogul Bombay Biryani Masala  and cook. Add whipped yoghurt.
  • Now spread a layer of rice in a pan. Add a layer of this mixture on top of the rice. Add lemon slices, mint, coriander, green chilies and food color and stew on low flame.
  • Delicious Mogul Bombay Biryani is ready. Serve with fresh salad and raita.
