ACHAR GOSHT MASALA
- Chicken 1 kg
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies 5
- Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
- Tomatoes (thinly sliced) ½ kg
- Oil 1 cup
- Yoghurt ½ kg
- Mogul Achar Gosht Masala 1 packet
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken, ginger, garlic, yoghurt, and Mogul Achar Gosht Masala; and cook on high flame for 10 minutes.
- Add 2-3 cups of water and cook on low flame till chicken is tender.
- Add tomatoes and cook on high flame for 5 minutes then lower the flame. Place chilies on top and cover with lid till oil is separated from the gravy.
- Delicious Mogul Achar Gosht is ready. Serve with bread or naan.
